It's raining outside and it's still cold, but snow is melting and charming little blooms have begun appearing on the trees... Spring isn't that far away.
But is not here yet.
I am not worried because ''NO MATTER HOW LONG THE WINTER, SPRING IS SURE TO FOLLOW". In fact, I know that ''She" is drawing somewhere in the South. Usually our city comes into full bloom in April.
Instead of waiting for Mother Nature to present the splendor of Spring in all its glory, I decided to give a little help by soaking all the outdoor colors and set them in our home. Nothing captures the mood of the season better than bringing a little outdoors inside, right?
What better time to be inspired and create - an Early test of Spring at home ...!?
Lets begin with the "early bloomers" by forcing favorite bulbs into flowers. Potted bulbs make delightful decoration and spread the scent of spring, so I transferred a delicate pink hyacinth blossom into a teacup, just before it bloomed.
Christmas; the big pine cone will be replaced with an explosion of flowers.

After all, isn't spring all about the abundance of colors that awaken our senses and make us wish for changes, new possibilities and new LIFE.
A little something here and there, and Spring is finally Home.
I couldn't help it, but continue creating. I've recently developed a new passion for crafting cards and I feel like sharing my freshly made spring cards with you.
And doing all this is easy with the help of a cup of fresh coffee in my favorite spring coffee mug.
